"本研究は，病院における小児看護学実習での学生の学びの現状を明らかにし，今後の実習の内容や指導のあり方を検討するための基礎的資料とすることを目的とした．実習で，学生は，【子どもの特徴の理解】，【子どもの特性を踏まえた援助】，【子どもにかかわる望ましい態度】の３つの視点から学びを得ていることが明らかになった．実習で受け持つ子どもの発達段階によって，学生が実習で経験する内容は異なるが，学生間で学びを共有することにより，子どもの特徴と，子どもの特性を踏まえた援助を理解し，子どもに関わる大人としての責任の再確認と，看護者としての自己洞察を促すことが示唆された．そのため，カンファレンスでは，学生が個々にもっている情報，経験によって得た気づきや意見を出し合い，学生間で共有することにより，より広く子どもを理解できるようにするとともに，自己啓発の場となるよう方向づける教員のかかわりが求められる．",
